
ScoutMap

ScoutMap is the WA system for Venturers to register for events and for Venturers leading or organising events to get other members to register- this includes unit nights away from the hall (yay no more Y3's)

REGISTERING:
CLICK HERE to go direct to the log in page! Your parent will need to have a profile and by logging in they can register you for all events, and it's not as hard as it may seem. If your parent is unsure of their details, they can email ict@scoutswa.com.au or if you have left registering until the last minute and you haven't yet had help from our IT department you can email events@scoutswa.com.au or phone 62407700 and press 1.
Your parent will need to set up Authenticator (here is a little cheat sheet to help if you have trouble with Authentication in the future CLICK HERE)​
When you land on the home page, look for the 'Events and Calendar' tab. If it's a Branch event, click Branch, if it's for your region, district, group or unit then go to Formation. Scroll through until you see the event and click the reservation number to the left of the event name.
It's great to be organised, so register early (and it helps when you are leading an event to see what your numbers look like). Also to complete payment later you can log out on the payment page and later on go to your invoices via the more tab, and select the invoice tab.

ORGANISING AN EVENT:​
Put your plan together (if you need a template click here) and complete a Risk Assessment if necessary.
Once you have all your info, speak to your Adult Leader and ask them to put the event on ScoutMap. If Adult Leaders need assistance with that, click here!
Once the event has been created on ScoutMap, share it with your unit!
Once the registration has closed, ask your Adult Leader for numbers, names and any other info!​​​​​​​
